After looking after your loved ones in your will, leaving a donation within it to the MS Centre Dorset would greatly assist us continue to provide support services for the local Multiple Sclerosis Community.

Every little donation makes a difference to the centre.  Of note, legacy gifts left to charity are free from inheritance tax.

Paying in your donations

If you've collected cash donations, please pay the cash into your personal account and then send  the cheque to us with a completed Gift Aid form. We would prefer this method as we cannot claim Gift Aid on JustGiving donations at present.

Gift Aid

Gift Aid is one of the most effective ways of giving to the Centre. If you make a Gift Aid declaration we can claim an extra 25% on our donation: this will turn a £20 donation into £25 at no extra cost to you. It makes a huge difference to our work and if you are able to please Gift Aid your donation.

Gift Aid can only be claimed for donations, either direct to the charity (cash or by cheque) or in sponsorship for a fundraiser. It cannot be claimed on entry fees, tickets or competitions.

To Gift Aid your donation you need to pay enough qualifying UK tax and to make a declaration that includes your home address. Click the button for a form to print, sign and send in.
