What is MateS?

MateS is a subsidised local support group organised from the MS Centre Dorset by one of our trustees, Keith Hunt. Their aim is to offer guidance and support for members, including those newly diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis.
​
Meetings will be held throughout the year at the Hamworthy Club in Canford Magna and at the Centre. Primarily for anybody who wants to find out more about Multiple Sclerosis and meet others in the community to share their experience and make friends.
​
This group can be a great alternative for those hesitant about coming to visit the Centre, as we understand every individual is different.
